- Payment addresses, networks, amounts, provider order IDs and transaction identifiers.
- Support messages, creator submissions and other content you send to OreSpark.
- Security and technical data such as IP address, device or browser information, session events and referral source.
How we use information
- Create and secure accounts and keep sessions working.
- Calculate production, balances, rewards and partner activity.
- Create, verify and reconcile top-up and payout orders.
- Review creator rewards, prevent duplicate or abusive activity and answer support requests.
- Diagnose errors, protect the service and improve reliability.
Cookies and sessions
OreSpark uses essential cookies or equivalent session storage for sign-in, security and account continuity. Blocking them may prevent protected features from working. OreSpark does not need to sell personal data to provide the service.
Payment and service providers
When you use a provider such as CCPayment or FaucetPay, the information required to process and verify that order is shared with that provider. Their own privacy terms also apply. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, the service or legal rights.
Retention and security
Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for transaction records, fraud prevention, disputes, security and legal obligations.
OreSpark uses access controls, password hashing, encrypted transport where deployed and limited administrative access. No online service can promise absolute security; report a suspected account or data incident promptly.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible account information through support. Some records may need to be retained for security, transaction integrity or legal duties.
Do not send sensitive secrets in a ticket. OreSpark is intended for adults and does not knowingly offer accounts to children.
